Our primary activity focuses on precise milling and turning of metal components. Thanks to a combination of modern CNC technologies and conventional machines, we are able to flexibly respond to specific customer requirements and ensure high production quality for both single-piece and series manufacturing.

We operate FEELER machining centers with travels up to 800 × 450 × 400 mm, enabling efficient and accurate milling. Turning is carried out on a modern DOOSAN CNC lathe with a capacity of Ø 200 × 500 mm, as well as on conventional lathes with a capacity of up to Ø 350 × 800 mm.

We also provide gear cutting, keyway cutting and EDM (electrical discharge machining) in cooperation with our verified and reliable partners, allowing us to offer comprehensive and professional solutions in the field of mechanical engineering.

In addition to precise machining, we offer assembly of parts and components into mechanical units. We specialize in the production of small to medium-sized assemblies and subassemblies – welded or mechanically assembled according to customer drawing documentation. We focus on quality not only of individual parts, but also on the functionality and reliability of the complete assembly.

We provide technical support in product design and development with a focus on DFMA – Design for Manufacturing and Assembly. Already in the initial development phase, we help reduce production costs, shorten manufacturing time and simplify assembly of individual components.

Our design approach focuses on minimizing the number of parts, simplifying shapes, efficient material usage, and other improvements enhancing manufacturability. The goal is to create a product that is functional, reliable and at the same time easy to produce and assemble.

We use professional CAD software for creating technical documentation and 3D models. We also provide engineering services – from designing new parts to modifying existing models according to customer needs.
